Brian Budzicz is an attorney and the founder of Glidepath LLC, an Illinois-based law practice that provides nonprofit executives, board officers, and corporate legal leaders with nimble and independent advice. He is a trusted advisor with experience in legal and leadership roles at global corporations and non-profit organizations.
Brian received his bachelor's degree in African American Studies and History from Northwestern University and his law degree from Loyola University Chicago School of Law. He held roles of increasing responsibility as an in-house attorney at Allstate, Aon, and Zurich North America, where he advised clients on complex regulatory matters and commercial transactions.
Prior to founding Glidepath, Brian was the Associate Director of Pro Bono and Programs for the Chicago Bar Foundation, the charitable arm of the Chicago Bar Association. He currently serves as board president for Youth Services of Glenview/Northbrook, a non-profit which provides individualized, activities-based mental health care for children and adolescents in Chicago’s northern suburbs.
Brian is licensed to practice law by the Supreme Court of Illinois and admitted to practice in federal court by the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. He is a member of the Federal Bar Association, Illinois State Bar Association, and Chicago Bar Association, as well as the Glenview Chamber of Commerce. He is a signatory to Keep Our Republic's Principles for the Independence of the Legal Profession.
