Brian Budzicz is the founder of Glidepath LLC, an Illinois-based law practice that provides legal services to non-profit and for-profit corporations.
A trusted advisor with extensive experience in legal and leadership roles at global corporations and non-profit organizations, Brian focuses his legal practice on corporate and transactional matters. He received his bachelor's degree in African American Studies and History from Northwestern University and his law degree from Loyola University Chicago School of Law.
Brian serves as board president for Youth Services of Glenview/Northbrook, a non-profit which provides individualized, activities-based mental health care for children and adolescents in Chicago’s northern suburbs. He is also a pro bono volunteer for Legal Aid for New Entrepreneurs and the Nonprofit Legal Defense Network.
Brian is licensed to practice law by the Supreme Court of Illinois and admitted to practice in federal court by the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. He is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and the Glenview Chamber of Commerce.
